I purchased a 2006 Kia Sportage on April 14, 2012. I knew what I wanted by the time I got there because I was able to do my shopping on the Web site. It gave me all of the information that I wanted and the on line communication was very prompt and friendly. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle, but they were things that could not be noticed until you drove the car for awhile, so I did not feel that anything was being hidden from me. I brought the car back for repairs, and the service was excellent. Every problem was taken care of and I was treated very well. The service department gets straight A's from me.

From my initial contact with a salesman, to negotiating a price, to getting delivery of my vehicle, Eagle Kia was excellent. No hard sell, no "gotta do the deal today" gimmicks. They promised delivery of the vehicle by a date certain and got me the car before that date. The sales manager, John Mignone, was a real help and a true gentleman. I have referred friends to Eagle because of my great experience.

Third trip back for my car in a month this time... but John in Service was wonderful, and I trust you guys will name a kid after me, or something, having spent a heft chunk of dough on my beloved x-country with you. ;) I never get the feeling at Eagle -- and certainly not from John -- that I'm being finagled in any way.
